Human resource management aims at establishing and managing the human resources in an organization to increase the performance and productivity of the company. It focuses on providing job analysis, training and development, performance, and legal issues in a company thus acting as a vital body of an organization. Managing human resources involves handling job design and analysis, workforce planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation (remuneration), and legal issues.
Students will be able to communicate effectively in a variety of organizational settings.
Students will be able to evaluate complex qualitative and quantitative data to support strategic and operational decisions.
Students will be able to develop comprehensive strategic and tactical plans for an organization.
Students will be able to work independently and collaboratively in inter-and/or multi-disciplinary and diverse environments.
